      I recently ordered this product because all other methods I've used have failed to remove old grime from our old windows and/or damaged the plastic. So I went into it with low expectations – and lo and behold, it actually works really well and is so easy to use! Amazing! Apply, let it soak in, wipe it off, and after just one application, many stains were gone, or even with a second application. I'm thrilled! It also seems to work well on our radiators, which have various types of grime. I'll be cleaning the house again next weekend. Many thanks to the manufacturer for the cleaner and to Amazon for the fast delivery!

      Due to an incompetent tradesman, our construction site was left with windows contaminated by primer. This primer acted like glue and could only be contained manually, never truly removed. Afraid of scratching everything, we looked for cleaning products and came across Hatoch. We ordered a stick from their website but unfortunately found it ineffective.
      Most people would probably give up at this point, get annoyed, and write a negative review. However, since we were desperate and desperate to clean the area, I decided to contact the manufacturer and was surprised to reach a competent employee right away. He was also surprised that the stick wasn't working, and together we figured out that this was due to a particular deep-penetrating surface.
      What happened next was very positive: The managing director bought more of the primer I had used and adjusted the mixture accordingly. I received this adjusted mixture to test a few days later, and lo and behold – almost everything came off.
      I was amazed by the customer service and very pleased with the effect of the (adapted) product, so I can highly recommend Hatoch and the sticks.

      According to the reviews, it probably depends on the type of primer, but it works wonders for us! Almost all our windows were covered in grime from top to bottom because the company that insulated the facade didn't protect them. That was a year ago, and yet the primer still comes off incredibly easily. I tried everything else beforehand, like soaking, using a ceramic hob scraper, etc., and ended up doing more harm than good. I ordered the stick first, just to try it, and then immediately got the spray bottle. Absolutely fantastic product.
