❓ Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping

What happens if I'm not at home?

DHL will leave a notification and take the package to the nearest Packstation or branch. You can also redirect the delivery online.

Can I have my delivery sent to a parcel locker?

Yes! Simply enter your DHL Packstation address as the delivery address.

Do you also deliver to construction sites?

Yes, we deliver to any address throughout Germany – including construction sites. Please provide a phone number so the driver can contact you if necessary.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours. We will send you a free replacement immediately.
