HATOCH® cleaners are completely solvent-free , biodegradable, and NSF-certified for use in the food industry. They contain no skin irritants and do not require employee training according to hazardous materials regulations. Made in Germany with over 28 years of development experience.

Are HATOCH® products environmentally friendly?

Yes! All our products are:

🧴 Primer Remover

On which surfaces does the deep primer remover work?

HATOCH® Deep Primer Remover is guaranteed to work on:

• Glass and window panes
• Tiles (glazed and unglazed)
• Plastic frame and PVC
• Laminate and parquet
• Metals (aluminum, stainless steel)
• Painted surfaces (test in an inconspicuous area first!)
• All non-absorbent surfaces

Does it work with every type of deep primer?

Yes! HATOCH® removes:

• Silicate deep primer
• Mineral deep primer
• Acrylic deep primer
• Normal deep primer

Important: For particularly stubborn or very thick layers, multiple treatments may be necessary. If a primer doesn't come off, contact us – we have a solution for everything!

How long does the primer remover need to be left on?

The exposure time depends on the type of deep primer:

• Normal deep primer: 5-10 minutes
• Silicate deep primer: 10-20 minutes
• Very thick layers: Up to 20 minutes, repeat if necessary.

Important: The product must not dry out! If the contact time is longer, re-moisten if necessary.

Can I also remove deep primer from parquet flooring?

Yes! HATOCH® is suitable for parquet and laminate flooring. Important: Do not leave on for too long (max. 10 min.) and always test on an inconspicuous area first. Wipe immediately with clean water.

Why doesn't the deep soil come off?

Possible causes:

• Insufficient contact time: Give the product more time (up to 20 minutes).
• Product has dried: Keep the surface moist
• Very thick layer: Repeat the process 2-3 times.
• Incorrect surface: It does not work on absorbent surfaces (e.g., untreated wood).

🪵 Varnish remover

Which varnishes can I remove?

HATOCH® varnish remover works on:

• Wood stains (thin layer)
• Weatherproof varnishes
• Acrylic glazes
• Oil-based varnishes (longer application time)

Can I remove varnish from wooden furniture?

Yes, but with caution! Always test on an inconspicuous area first. For valuable furniture, we recommend consulting a professional. Exposure time: max. 15 minutes.

Does it also work on old, dried-out varnishes?

Yes! For very old varnishes, a longer application time (15-20 min.) or multiple treatments may be necessary.

🧽 Adhesive residue remover

Which adhesive residues can I remove?

HATOCH® adhesive residue remover works on:

• Label residue
• Adhesive tape remnants (packing tape, painter's tape)
• Double-sided adhesive tape
• Sticker remnants
• Mounting adhesive (not cured)
• Carpet adhesive residue (fresh)

Does it also work with old carpet adhesive?

For fresh carpet adhesive residue: Yes. For very old, hardened carpet adhesive, the effectiveness may be limited. Contact us for specific cases: info@hatoch.de

Can I remove adhesive residue from glass?

Yes! HATOCH® is ideal for glass, tiles, plastic and metal. Simply apply, leave on for 5-10 minutes, then wipe off.

⚙️ Application & Safety

Do I need to dilute HATOCH® products?

No! All HATOCH® products are ready to use and are applied undiluted.

Do I need protective equipment?

HATOCH® products are gentle on the skin and solvent-free. Nevertheless, we recommend:

• Gloves (protect against contamination)
• Ventilate well (for a pleasant working environment)
• In case of splashing: Wear safety goggles

No respirator needed! Thanks to the solvent-free formula.

Do I need to train my employees?

No! HATOCH® products contain ingredients that do not require declaration . This means: No training according to hazardous substances regulations is required, and no special storage is necessary.

How do I store HATOCH® products?

Store in a cool, dry place at 5-25°C. Protect from direct sunlight. No special storage requirements.

How long do HATOCH® products last?

At least 24 months from the production date when stored properly. The expiration date can be found on the bottle.

What should I do if the product gets in my eyes?

Rinse immediately with plenty of water (at least 15 minutes). Consult a doctor if symptoms persist. Safety data sheet available upon request.

Can I use HATOCH® in the food industry?

Yes! All HATOCH® products are NSF certified and approved for use in food processing plants.
